Houston: Heavy/Flooding type Rain, Extreme Humidity, Extreme Heat all year long. Houston is also mostly ghetto/a shit hole. Conroe/Montgomery area is for suckers. I lived there for 9 months and just moved to West texas to get away from all the rain and humidity. Everyone with any sense i spoke to hated montgomery/conroe/ and houston. You can buy homes in the country for the same price and have some land and not a neighbor 10 feet from you.

I gotta disagree completely when it comes to Dallas, its probably the dirtiest of the 4. After staying there for months the only time i go to Dallas now is when im passing thru it to get to Oklahoma lol Not only that, its the most isolated city of the big 4. Living in Austin, Houston or San Antonio gives you quick access to each other with a little drive so you can very much enjoy them all whenever you want, then theres Dallas..... a trip you gotta plan to make, not something you just drive to on a whim unless youre already in Austin. IMO if you can afford it, Austin is the best choice AND has the quickest access to all of the big 4, if not then Houston is easily the 2nd best option and like mentioned in the video, the only one with close access to an actual beach. San Antonio 3rd mainly because you get to still enjoy both Austin and Houston living in San Antonio and Dallas 4th mainly because of how isolated it is from the others. Austin to Houston is about a 2 hr drive ( and vice versa ) Austin to Dallas is a 3 hr drive ( and vice versa ) Austin to San Antonio is a 1 hr. ( and vice versa ) 45 if the right person is behind the wheel That is going based off the center of each city to each other, obviously if you live more on the outskirts of each the times will vary. I guess for me location and making the most of it is my biggest factor but overall you cant really go bad with any of them, Dallas is just too isolated for me. But id admit San Antonio is probably the least fun of the 4 but the most affordable.

No garage. When you own a home, 🏠 you should have a decent garage. No basement. Slab on grade. 2 bedroom loft. The tall ceilings take away from having an extra bedroom.
